BUSH, WALLACE 'SPUD'
BUSH, Wallace James "Spud" of Port Dover, suddenly at home on Saturday, November 20, 2010 in his 78th year. Loving father of Lisa Anne Bush and Murray Wiggans of Port Dover. Proud grandfather of William, Alexandra and Bradley. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Ronald and Sharon, Georgina Mummery, Rosemary Cossar and Lois Waldick and Wilfred Cox all of Port Dover. Spud will be sadly missed by Beverley Bush of Cambridge, his dear friend Danny, as well as many other friends and family. Predeceased by his parents George and Robina, brothers-in-law Walt Mummery and James Cossar. Spud was a former pitcher with the Brantford Red Sox, with pitching records that still stand today. He also played semi-pro ball for many teams in the United States. He was the former owner/operator of Lisa's Tea Room in Cambridge and several Pepis Pizza Shops in Brantford, Cambridge and Preston. In keeping with Spud's wishes, cremation has taken place. Services to be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME LTD., (519)-583-1530.
