Obituary of STEVEN KETT
KETT, STEVEN
KETT, Steven, on January 11, 2011 with his family by his side, after a courageous four year battle with cancer, and in his 26th year, Steven is finally free at last to walk through the fields without pain. Steven leaves behind his best friend and love of his life Renee Chortos, his parents Keith and Camille and his sister Kristina. Dearly loved grandson of Jean Weaver and the late Charles Weaver (1999) and Irene Kett and the late Lorne Kett (1960). Steven will also be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Steven's passion for life was instilled in every person that he touched. His beautiful smile lit up any room he was in and anyone that knew him was inspired by his visionary and entrepreneurial spirit. As an inspiring viticulturalist, one of Steven's dreams was to develop and run his own winery which has been set into motion with the purchase of his farm and planting of his first acreage of grape vines. Steven had respect for the natural world and loved the outdoors. To be within Steven's kind and gentle presence was an honour. We are so proud of the accomplishments he achieved in his short, but very special life. Until we meet again, Stevie, we love you.
