Obituary of BERNICE SINDEN

SINDEN, BERNICE ANN SINDEN, Bernice of Port Dover, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Norfolk General Hospital with her loving family by her side, in her 78th year. Cherished wife of William (Bill). Loving mother and mother-in-law of William Sinden Jr., Barbara and Norm Barager, Deborah and Donald Ryerse and Tracey Winters and Mark Cubitt. Much loved grandmother of 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Kathleen Shumaker, Lois Russell and Bertha Lindsay. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by a son, Terry and several brothers and sisters. Bernice will be missed by her many friends at TOPS, where she was a member for many years. Visitation for Bernice will be held at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519) 583-1530 on Thursday, December 1, 2011, 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held Friday, December 2, 2011 at 1 pm at Grace United Church, Chapman & St. George Sts. Port Dover. The Reverend Frank Walker officiating.
