Obituary of RUSSELL SMITH

SMITH, RUSSELL NEIL SMITH, Russell Neil of Brantford (formerly of Port Dover) passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013 with his loving family by his side at Brantford General Hospital in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie, loving and cherished father and father-in-law of Jared and Jennifer of Tillsonburg, Duncan and Elizabeth of Simcoe, Deanna Smith of Kingston and Leah and Jesse Fletcher of Princeton. Proud grandfather of Dakota and Skylar Smith, Xavier and Avery Arcand and Reece and Grace Fletcher. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Gene and Kathy of St. Thomas, Harley and Sylvia of St. Thomas, Terry of Port Dover, Monty and Annette of Delhi, Janice Stokes of St. Thomas and Dianne of Simcoe. Predeceased by his parents Dorian and Frances, son, Derek and brother, Marvin. Russell was an avid sports fan, he loved golf, soccer, football and fishing, but his greatest love was hockey and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 11 am. Bishop David Potter officiating. Interment Port Dover Cemetery.
