Obituary of LESLIE FERRIS

FERRIS, LESLIE GEORGE FERRIS, Leslie George of Port Dover, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Norfolk General Hospital in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his wife Sarah (1998). Much loved father and father-in-law of Kenneth and Beverley Ferris of Coldwater, Patricia and Howard King of Smithville, June and John Tweedie of Port Dover and Debra and Roney Reid of Berwyn, AB. Dearly loved grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of fifteen. Predeceased by his brothers, Gilbert and Frederick and sister, Dorothy. Les was a veteran of World War II Royal Canadian Artillery. Friends are invited to meet with the family for visitation on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 1 pm to 3 pm at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover 519-583-1530, followed by a graveside service at Port Dover Cemetery.
