Obituary of JOHN CASSIDY

CASSIDY, JOHN RICHARD CASSIDY, John Richard of Simcoe, passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday, August 3, 2013 in his 66th year. Dearly loved father of Mark (Jennifer) of Port Dover and Julie of Oakville. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Ryan and Sloane. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Larry of Simcoe, Walter Jr. of Cayuga, James of Simcoe, Linda and Gord Gill of Simcoe, and Nancy and George Doughty of Jarvis. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Mildred, sister Marybell "Boots" Gunther and sister-in-law Brenda. Before retirement John worked in the roads department for Norfolk County. He loved to hunt and fish with Mark and lived for opening day of deer season. John will be sadly missed by his family and friends, fond memories will be held by all that knew him. In keeping with John's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life to honour John's life will be held on Thursday August 8, 2013 from 3pm to 7pm at his son Mark's residence, 1080 Charlottleville Rd. 8, Simcoe.
