Obituary of JOHN EMBLETON

EMBLETON, JOHN GIFFORD "GIFF" EMBLETON, John Gifford "Giff" of Port Dover passed away suddenly at Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday October 20, 2013 in his 80th year. Giff is survived by his loving wife Gail, cherished children Kelly Lee and Abby Ellen both of Port Dover and adored grandchild John. Fondly remembered by his brother Lee and sister-in-law Colleen of Niagara Falls and brother -in-law Ian Smith also nephews Bobby and Michael. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Elizabeth and daughter Elizabeth Ellen (Beth). In his younger years Giff was a member of the drum corp, although no longer a member his passion for the corp continued, he was a car enthusiast, record collector and enjoyed trips with his daughter in her 18 wheeler. In keeping with Giff's wishes cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
