Obituary of ANDREW MACDONALD

MACDONALD, Andrew Glenn of Port Dover passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Norfolk General Hospital on Saturday February 15, 2014 in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Delcie for over 62 years, much loved father of Jane Goodlet, Andrew (Judy) and Catherine (Dave) Berta. Loving and devoted grandpa to Sarah (Jeff), Aaron (Hayley), Jesse and Cody. Great grandpa to Isaac and Aaliyah also step grandfather of Tye, Dustin (Andie Mae), Haiden and Irelyn. Andrew is also survived by his brother Maynard, sisters-in-law Connie and Barb. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James (Square Jim) and Mary Jane (Phillips) MacDonald, siblings and in-laws Albert, William, Alma (Jack), Jack (Red), Margaret (George) and son-in-law Dave Goodlet. Andrew was a lifelong resident of Port Dover and spent many hours on the lake fishing both commercially and recreationally. His kindness and sense of humour will be missed. A service to Celebrate Andrew's life will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church Port Dover on Wednesday February 19, 2014 at 1pm. Father Kendall Reimer officiating.
