Peacefully, at Norfolk General Hospital, on Saturday, February 20, 2010, in her 79th year. Doris Macaulay of Port Dover. Dearly Beloved wife of Donald. Dear mother of David and Dan (Lorry), Wendy (Jim) Mandeville, all of Port Dover and Judy (Gordon) Howes of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren, Adam, Jordan, Kim, Duncan, Dean, Carrie, Jason and Nestor, her great grandchildren Jaelynn, Jase, Jamie, Lucas, Michael and Miley, her brothers, Allan (Laurraine) Chambers of Jarvis, and Max Chambers of Toronto, her sisters Doreen Armstrong of Cheapside, Ilene (Ben) Doherty of Port Dover and Bernice (Doug) Mulholland of Kitchener. Predeceased by Sisters Lois Chambers and Verna Lindsay. Doris was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, the Heather Club, and a Past Noble Grande of Rebekah Lodge # 519. A memorial service will be held Saturday February 27, 2010 at Knox Presbyterian Church (St. George St and Chapman St) at 11 am. Preceaded by a Rebekah Service at 10:15 a.m. Expressions of sympathy, to Knox Presbyterian Church or the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation, would be appreciated, by the family.
