To Betty's friends and families, I want to extend my deepest condolences. Betty and Gerry lived next to my parents for many years in Dognest. As a child I would often wonder over to their house, and Betty always invited me in to chat and play with her pets. She would sometimes look after me while my parents were busy farming. She was friendly, sweet, and never said an unkind word about anyone. The world was a better place for her being in it.
