Our heart felt condolences to Colleen and family. I “first” met Peter years ago when he started working as the custodian at St. Mary’s church where I am a member of the property committee. When Peter first saw me he immediately said “I know you”. Peter went on to tell me that he worked for Falconbridge Mines at the Fecunis Mill near Onaping. I was in the Instrumentation trade and the Fecunis Mill was part of our territory. We left in 1979 to move to Simcoe. How Peter recognized me is amazing but he had a fantastic memory for people and places. We often reminisced and he filled me in on life at the Onaping area of Falconbridge mines after I left. He often told me of his family and love of the outdoors. I believe he recently mentioned that he still had a Harley motorcycle. Was a treat meeting up with Peter a “second” time and I enjoyed his company. He will be missed.

Our condolences to Colleen, Blaine, Kevin and families and Peter's brother, Marcel and family. We were shocked and saddened when we heard the news. I have many fond memories of my cousin at camp.
