I met Hazel when I started showing Shelties. She became a huge fan and supporter of my special boy, Simon, and bred to him producing Joel whom she showed and enjoyed for many years. I enjoyed many wonderful times at the shows, and in their home talking and enjoying their collies and our mutual love of shelties. Hazel was a warm caring person who took you under her wing and made you feel special. I loved being able to be part of so many fun times together. She and Brian always made me feel welcome and although we lost touch over the past few years I thought of them often and they forever will have a special spot in my heart. My sincere condolences to Brian and their family. I know she will be dearly missed. RIP my friend until we meet again enjoy spending time with Riley, Luther, Joel and Simon. Gillian Robertson

Hazel was an amazing person filled with love, lots of laughs, sage advice and above all, deep devotion to friends and family. She knew dogs so well and was always happy to share her knowledge. Wow, could she ever talk on the phone! Hazel, I love you, I will miss you terribly and thanks for being my friend.
