Our condolences to Past Lady Commodore Wendy and the entire family. Doug was larger than life and the two of you were very instrumental in the operation of PDYC. You were a credit to the Club as our Commodore and Lady Commodore and represented PDYC at EYC with dignity and honor. Doug is the one that during his time on the Board, that came up with the idea and the design for the canopy that is still in place over the main entryway into the Club. But my fondest memory of Doug will always be the Commodores Breakfast. He had his special concoction that he always cooked up that was just incredible to eat but the aroma that it produced was mouth watering. As soon as you walked into the Club you knew Doug was cooking in the kitchen. Our Club was a better place because of your efforts and guidance and PC Doug will be greatly missed.
