Obituary of Kathleen Love

LOVE, Kathleen "Kathy" (nee Pollick) in her 70th year, passed away on July 14, 2024 surrounded by the love of her family at Norfolk General Hospital. Cherished mother of Jesse and Dakota of Peacock Point, Elliott and Barbara of Texas and Casey and Travis of Port Dover. Loving partner of Brian Banting of Port Dover. Proud and loving grandmother of Nash, Willow and Layne. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Joanne and Joe Alessandro of Simcoe, Tina and Charlie Mifsud of Port Dover, Jackie and Rick Pierog of Port Dover, Tammy and Tom Waldick of Lynedoch, Sue and Brian Selleck of Stoney Creek, and Tom Rupert of Port Ryerse. Aunt Kathy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Will be sadly missed by her best friend of 58 years Antida Stewart of Simcoe. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Jean Pollick and her sister Jane Rupert.  Kathy enjoyed yard sales, decorating and playing cards. Most of all, time spent with her family, especially her grandkids, they were her greatest joy. In keeping with Kathy's wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME  519-583-1530.
