Dear Cindy and family. We are so very very sorry for the loss of this wonderful loving, joyous, talented man. The whole community and especially the Dover Dairy Bar family will miss his quirky sense of humour, his enthusiasm and his excellent story telling. My Uncle Harley was one of the kindest men I ever knew. He was a person who always gave a helping hand and an ear or a shoulder to lean on or cry on if needed. He was such an important part in our lives when we were growing up(Brothers-Steven,Jeff and sister Bettyann) I have so many memories filled with such laughter and all the hunting and fishing stories I could easily fill a book. I can't express just how much I admired him and I wish we could have seen more of each other these past years. I am comforted by my memories and very thankful for knowing him and for the unconditional Love he gave to me and my whole family. You will always be missed and so loved.
