Deepest sympathy to both Ella and Doug's families at this terrible time. My mom Agnes Jeffery of Peterborough ON counted Ella and later Doug as close friends with many summer holidays spent at the trailers at the lake. Ella supported Agnes with her own breast cancer challenges until she passed in 2017.
Even though I am unable to attend Ella's funeral, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone.
